High school girls’ cross country: Mount Union edges Philipsburg-Osceola on tie-breaker

Philipsburg-Osceola had three of the top five runners and finished in a 29-29 deadlock with Mount Union, but the Lady Trojans won the tie-breaker to earn the team victory Thursday.
